Flow Yoga
In a flow class you'll transition dynamically and with fluidity through a series of yoga postures. Cultivating strength, flexibility and mind-body connection. Each class invites you to tune in and be present, helping you to find your flow on and off the mat.
Wednesdays 5:00pm - 6:00pm

All mats and props provided.
$20 casual class.
$90 5 class pack.
