Pregnancy Massage
Pregnancy massage is available in the 2n and 3rd trimesters, and is a gentle and considered treatment for the evolving body and mind.
Great for soothing muscular tension, lower back discomfort, sciatica, swelling and fatigue. While enhancing breathing, reducing stress hormones and promoting connection with your changing body and baby.
All pregnancy massages will be provided in a side-lying position with generous bolstering and cushions to ensure you feel fully comfortable and can deeply relax. With a brief and safely semi-reclined seated position at the very end of your treatment.
No deep tissue work, pressure is always gentle and soothing to reduce tension and discomfort.
