🔔Reminder - book your massage! 🔔

I have just a few spaces left in the lead up to school holidays (how are we already there again!?).

So this is your reminder to get in contact and book in your massage as my availability will be limited over the school holidays.

And looking ahead.... Lymphatic Massage Drainage training starts this October!
With training finishing early November, and bookings aiming to be open shortly after.

Excited to bring more massage goodness to clinic.

Crawling out of winter?

I’ve been quiet on here for the past few weeks, navigating sickness, kids and work through winter.

I know many others will feel the same, a little run down, stretched thin and craving time for yourself.

But Spring is here, and with it, a chance to reset and give some more attention to our own well-being.

If your body and nervous system is asking for some care after a long winter - come see me.

Father’s Day is coming up!

We all know a Dad with a sore back, a bit too much stress on his plate and a “she’ll be right” attitude.

Book Dad in some time to relax.

Coming soon - Manual Lymphatic Drainage!

I’m excited to share that I’ll be training in MLD massage very soon, and that means more massage goodness will be on offer. 🙌

MLD is a gentle, therapeutic massage designed to work with the body’s lymphatic system to encourage and stimulate lymph flow.

And for those of you thinking what on earth is lymph?! I’ll be sharing more soon about LMD, how it works, and what you can expect from treatment.

Stay tuned,
